Circle 1992.

On ukrainian TV in the year 1992 was released TV-programm, about state security. The guest of the programm told how important is the state security, and particularly he told a lot about technical protection of information. (There was goodly looking picture about underwater soviet's cable, and system which took of information of it.) In same time was created the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU), actually renaimed KGB. Itself KGB had wasted prestage or immage, because of decates of fraud. Yes at now Ukraine has new special service which specialization, technical protection of information, but in 1992 KGB in not so far ago created ukrainian state dismissed lustration. Just created in 1992 SSU had development by applied profile. If pressume somewhere would flow up tapes with records done by dictophone from under soffa of president of Ukraine Kravchuk Leonid Makarovych, probably a lot of people was not able to respond for not comfortable questions. From that times could be mentioned very secure TV-programm "Al'ternativa" with reportage from police.

In those times created principle of politcorrectnes looks not surely, at the background of processed had been going with KGB.

It must be very hard to explain why at elections 1994 has won not Kravchuk but Kuchma. After mr. Kravchuk commented his deffit with words: "you yet do not know who is Kravchuk", probably that was his most truethfull "interview". But after few days mr. Kravchuk has been found in good mood congratulating Kuchma. But how must look like hes revange?

Could be changed renaimed in Ukraine KGB with generations change. Speak with young people from system of SSU. Such talks make on me disgustive impression, they say: "does history make they them, or they make history ?" If they revanged to the history for making them, who have to fix the history after? They say they could not change their country for anything. But it may be in history such young people do sell.
