Was Dealing and Dealing

After Ukraine have got an independence, on its territory alredy has been going process of replacement of concepts what is good what is bad, in economy particularly. This process has begun yet in the Soviet Union where since was stopped "New Economical Politics" communistic system prohibited private manufacturing and and private trade. Actually for the moment of crush of the Soviet Union was developed black market, controlled by shadow economy connected with government. Experience of some other communistic countries proves if private economy not legalized it existes in shadow. This shadow soviets' economy got Ukraine as negative legacy. But people angadget in shadow trade was not able to build stable manufacturing, it proves consequental development of negative sides in Ukraine. Some of functioneers of above economy had experience of connections with government, and to manipulate people. The legal base of Ukraine generally and its tax policy particularly, made actually any developed industry inpossible, because of rules of economy. As a consequence it was difficult to define what was legal what was illegal.

Along some years the economy situation in Ukraine was such that Ukraine spending money received from several sources and earned on its georgaphical desposition, made its economy depressive even traditional as for Ukraine agriculture was set in complicated conditions. Ukraine was on a way to return to natural manufacturing, with barter trade. (As in some savage societies.) Some entreprices implemented own trade systems, with internally valide cheques, obligations and even something reseambling money.

All of this may be consequental because legal economy was persecuted by the law. But from the other side it may be looked like there was no law and was nothing to brake and cops with state force ministries and structures persecuted all those who did not pay them. Foreign economies did not harry to regulate relationship with Ukraine and widely accepted money from Ukraine, most of which was dirty. So if there was no law in Ukraine there was nothing to breake, money was not dirty. If so, may be this civilization going to be returned to natural manufacturing and barter trade. And future of our civilization looks as in Ukraine 1995, when at the position of prime minister was Pavlo Lazarenko.
