Leading crisis has been happend with Ukrainian "Road Map" plan. Yesterday the president of Ukraine Viktor Yuschenko told that the hardly agreed plan their "Road Map" does not work any more. It seams road map in Ukraine brought to crisis, instead of ruling to avoid that crisis. The president told that this was happend with an out from agreement mr. Oleksander Moroz, the leader of Socialists. While the author of these lines slept mr. Yanukovich was advanced by the president on a position of the head of the government. It comes on a mind words of some American politologist who told that it is nothing so special in political crisises which sometimes happen in democratic countries.
As you could remeber such called Pomarance (Orange) Revolution was played around votes at the presidental elections which might be counted to Yanukovich if elections were not clear. At the TV-debated Yuschenko tried to propose mentioned position to Yanukovich. And being the prime, Yuschenko already worked with Yanukovich. If judge from same debated that work was not easy for Yuschenko. Since those times person of Yanukovich looked as an oppositional political player.
This figure as for my mind is not enough independent because there are people who play him. From one point of view it may be a sign of strong political player, from the other make political configuration around him more difficult. Which make a job for politologists and polititions. Also Yanukovich is more supported at the east of Ukraine. We may expect some kind protectionism and lobbism of interests of eastern regiones. First of business interests and busines models accepted in those regiones. And perhaps it would not be easy. Regarding such called question of language, a new document named the "universal" (it's a transliteration) reglaments Ukraine as country with Ukrainian as a standard language. And this question supposed to be not a subject for speculations. The "Universal" was supported particularly by Yanukovich.
The word "universal" came to Ukrainian political lexics in 1917 when with the such called document "the First Universal" was declared Ukrainian state. Next year it was cancelled. Some phylologists for word "the univers" found in authentic Ukrainian word "vselenna" which means something as "all lengths".
Oleksander Moroz begun his political carier as functionary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. In Ukraine was established the prohibition for communistic party and ideology. As you could remeber communistic party was leading and only allowed party in the Soviet Union, which makes this political force responsible for crimes of the Soviet Union, if such was. After prohibition of the communistic party in Ukraine socialistic party of Moroz united almost all former communists who was in the parliament. After cancelling the prohibition for communistic ideology the socialistic party of O. Moroz lost a lot of their members. But O. Moroz a lot of times spoke about abilitie to cooperate with Communist Party and Rural or Agricultural Party. Together they developed the system of social protection on ruined economy.
In the summer 2004 public political union between Yulia Timoshenko and Viktor Yuschenko was named the marriage with a calculation. Such ideal as for sociologists form of merriage, bears expected plants. It worked in this case too, but any way, plants asked for more resources. May be somebody will ask "Why Go" The author of these lines wrote after elections 2006 that Timoshenko already passed the top of her political carier because of two reasones:
