EU & you???

Today Ukraine say a lot about need to be accepted in European Union.
From this point of view would be interesting to look at Poland. Which had simmilar but different problems with Ukraine. I've been in Poland few times. And may compare the difference. Poland has a lot of different tax discounts, mostly for beggining biznesses. Some people say this, lead businessmen faster to tricking with tax than development of what they have. Any way, Poland have got serious investitions. In Poland politics and bizness co'operate by more regulated rules then in Ukraine. Even in small towns, I've been, existes almost complete infrastructure of services and goods supplying. It seams alot if not most of coffy automates installed in country made inside the country. The state tend to provide all the nessesory for mostly private economy. Poland have done lustration. Probaly most liberal of all post- socialistic contries.
It begun development of economy model, more consequent.
Poland had worst conditions then Ukraine and reached better result.

Ukraine it seams tries to follow Polish experience, but instead of capitalism build ugly feodalism with industrial plugin and plugs. Yes I may observe power of capital, timed on unambigous lobbing. No social model, no common culture of manufacturing. A lot of times I met situation in industry enterprises had no workers. And met people who can not find a job. Almost no small technological manufacturing. But those people are ready to overcome ..? Probably post- Soviet's functioneers.

P.S. Why I can not find a job here? Few examples: Ones I found a job, firm got in chain of trobles, as just I start to do something I get in chain of troubles.
