Not so far ago, mr. Kinakh (the newly signated Secretary of the Councill of National Security and Defence of Ukraine), declared big plan to build a graver for used nuclear fuel.
Who could be sure and guaranty that Ukraine able to be technogenously safe for the rest of the world. That must be enough for the world long tern Ukraine played over the safety of Chernobyl. Would you please mr. Kinakh to explain:

• Why remains of technological industry in Ukraine have got under lobbing of aapposition (which looks far from standards of democratic opposition)?
• What was happend with Sea Launch program, and why?
• Why exactly was happend the serie of explosions on Ukrainian shell storages?
• What was happend with Ukrainian pigs during govering of Yulia Timoshenko?

At the beggining of 1990xx was alot of scandals connected with used nuclear fuel in Ukraine. One of them was such, it was dissapiried. Thank God, if some people who say if people who say that "God sees everything" was able to controll it whole. Because it may be concluded that those poeple know not everythin what is going in this country and country or countries they may where dissapiried nuclear fuel may found it destination. So again, what do you need to do before cur ones?

Used nuclear fuel may have components of nuke bomb, they synthesises because of nuclear reaction. All the rest in used fuel element are same nuclear fuel, but in concentration not enough to keep reaction. Itself nuclear fuel may not be used to make a nuke, only may be in some sophisticated phantasmagoric way as you set to rule reactor person to whome was used psychotronical manipulations.

But in generally each nuclear object first of all must be in safety and security, in numbers of items. If there rise up facts which may witness about manipulations with nuclear safety. Does Ukraine with its actually ex-KGB, may be safe for the rest of the world.
