about LazarenkoThis is an article about Pavlo Lasarenko. In the year 1995 or 1994 at the position of the prime minister in Ukraine was set P. Lasarenko. This period for millions of people in Ukraine probaly rembers as time of total disappointment. In those times economists could not understand how does economy workes in Ukraine. Because most of industrial enterprises had structed base of debts (including tax debts). How funny it would be to ask today, who saw somebody passed bribe to somebody, when it is confirmed there was no rules in economy and bribe to receive proffit was not a crime. But it is hard to forget, as for 19 year boy, seen people fellen because of hunger. But any way mr. Lazarenko is a respectable person in its past a politition. When mr. Lazarenko was a prime paper for magazines and news papers was distributed by state quotes. This practics was begun since alternative ellections in Ukrainian Soviet's Socialistic Republic. Also some magazines printed in 2-3 month delay, weekly nespapers delayed for few days or even a week. Economy was handly regulated and had been going to crash. Belong of this was established enterprice which sold special goods abroad earned money which had been going to unknown direction. Mr. Lasarenko was strange political player, it looked such he has package of political gadgets may be used. And he seamd to use them only when it needed but in some order can not be previewed. And those gadgets as massive it may seam used any of them may keep the situation. But, first economy was depressed, second Lasarenko had concurent in situative Ukranian establishmend with a head of the country president of Ukraine L. Kuchma, who could view foreward. It looks in those time stupid rogule debilous rules of the game led to success, if not only. Since there was no law there was nothing to break, isn't it? Finally mr. Lasarenko was resigned from his position, because of more attractive pretender. In the 1997 was going parliametary elections in Ukraine. Where created by Lasarenko party named Hromada had serious representation. The word "hromada" may be translated as "society", "union" or "association". "May be" because there was no law about state language for the moment. Yulia Timoshenko also was elected in that parliament. Guess in what fraction she was registered? Mr. Kuchma only in that moment alloved to export abroad a problem of its concurent P. Lazarenko. Some people say it was very hardly to work together with Kuchma. After mr. Lazarenko was twice arrested in abroad and was suspected untill other his companions felt not surely. For a question about P. Lazareko revolutionay leader Yulia Timoshenko told: "Nothing links me with this politition". --Quas (Botsiy) 20 of January 2006 |
