Watching what is going during each ellections since Ukraine declared its independence, I noted increadible features of data massives. This mathematical fairy in Luice Carrol style, may make me smile if my fate wasn't dependent of it. Dymamics of votes accounting after first tour of president's ellections in Ukraine shows dependence of votes proportion, between candidates relatively to the time since acconting had been started.

Let me remind you, at first mr. Kivalov (the head of central ellectoral commission) told that after accounting 6% of votes mr. Yanukovich have got twice higher prefference at mr. Yuschenko. Then proportion has changed and by the result of 97% of votes Yuschenko enclosed to Yanukovich, and after much then week, victory of Yuschenko in fist tour was proven. Between people who conducted exit poll also was no common result.

What is this, a fairy for idiots, nation wide phenomen, or troubles of modern democracy?

Who need this?

Probably, in society where most of people think that only one and only plain candidate or politcal force must win at the ellection, happens some mysterious transvormations with number of votes. Even more when people associate with certain vote their only chance for better future, it is bad sign. When half of nation does associate it is very bad sign.

I think alredy 13 years, if not much, Ukrainian nation lives in permanent expectation of better times. This allow people who rule the nation, manipulate people and their hopes. Hopeless people, come and vote proably with thought: "It is nothing dependen of my vote." As usual, before each ellections deal are going not so bad, at least better than after ellections (will be going).
