Last Sunday in Ukraine had been going parlamentary elections. First figures of probable results of elections gave exit pools, figures given by central electoral commision changed percentage of votes for respective party or block with percent of processed protocols. Why entire night was needed to give figures if electronic communications work as fast? May be, protocols from places where block of Yulia Timoshenko had prefferances over other blocks was prepared faster. If so must be dependence between conditions of voting and results voting.

A lot of ukrainians did vote because of queues, a lot of others did not get cabines to make their vote in secrecy. If this did not set in dependence results of elections why it was dependence of results from order of protocols processing.
