What is Quas ???

"Quas" is a verbal immage which is changed spelling from naming soft drink popular in Ukraine originally its spelling looks on Cyrillic alphabet like "KBAC" and reads as [k w a s]. Such named drink itself known for most of Ukrainians and also in neighborous lands in poland as "Kwas Ukrai(nn)ski" in lands of Baltia as "Kvass". This naming count 4 different letters which take attention of reader. Reading of each of them is dependent by or make dependent by neiborous, but each make only one sound. From some point of view it is replay for compalsory interactive TV-programm from O-TV, ("Quanta costa ...").

As a soft drink Quas known from old times. It contains small calories, aromatic' ingredients, and about half percent of alcohol. Quas is a ferment product of bread, barm and sugar. It has dry releaf ability and unique taste. Quality of Quas may variate from manufacturer to manufacturer. Greates problem of Quas its instability. It may be wasted in few days or even hours.
