Leshchenko Igor was born in 1962 in Astrakhan (city in the south of Russia). In 1990 has ended training in the Moscow Hiqher Artly - Industrial School (institute by Stroqanoff).

Was the participant of many international theatrical and art projects and festivals in Vienna, Graz, Braunau (Austria), in Moscow and St. Petersburg (Russia), island Vis (Croatia), Varna (Bulgaria), San Francisko, Chicago (USA), Torun (Poland), Kharkov and Kiev (Ukraine)
Performances with his scenery were participants of festivals and tours in Canada, Germany, Armenia.
He is the talented designer, the artist, the sculptor and one of the best in the world the artist - the criminalist (the police artist), a member of the Ukrainian section of the International Police Association (IPA).
